Every Sea Ledgers certificate retires Orbex sCarbon: engineered reductions from recycled metals, issued only after they happen, independently verified and locked on chain.
What sCarbon is
Real reductions from real metal.
Recycled metal replaces mined and smelted metal and avoids a large share of its emissions. sCarbon turns those measured savings into verified tonnes.
Each tonne is certified under the ORBEX Smart Carbon Protocol, aligned with ISO 14064‑3 and the UN CDM methodology AMS‑III.BA, and backed by the production records of the metal itself.
